I have been feeling SPOOKY this weekend and made several Halloween cards.
This is one of my favorites. :)
I started with the black panel and layered a piece of patterned paper layered on it. I only put a dab of adhesive in the center when mounting it. I sewed around the edge of the patterned paper, leaving enough so I could roll it up and distress it a little.
The bat is stamped on SU watercolor paper and colored in with watercolor crayons and my aquapainter. I splatter pumpkin ink on it with my air art tool. Then I roughed up the edges with my Tonic paper distresser. The frightful and delightful stamps are one stamp from AMuse. I used my word window punch to punch the two words in small little windows and layered them over the stamped image slightly.
I used my horizontal slot punch and wrapped lots of fun ribbon around the card base. I don't remember the company that the ribbon is from. It was on a ribbon card and came with 5 different types of ribbon. I got it in a birthday package from my pal, Tracy Paulk. :)
