Verve in Pink!

This is another card I made for Jen's sketch challenge. This is part of the dare to get dirty week on SCS. You can check out Jen's challenge HERE. You can check out Jen's blog HERE as well as her weekly sketch BLOG challenge HERE.

This is actually the first card I made for her challenge. I stamped in the new color by SU that is coming out on August 11th. It is SO soft and pretty IRL, but the pink gets washed out a little in the photo. If you click on the photo to enlarge you should be able to get a little better view of it. :)

I used my new stamp set from Verve to stamp all 5 panels. The center panel uses a flourish that you line up on all 4 side to create a larger version of the flourish used on the smaller panels. I was rather impressed with that! :) It was very easy to line up also. I then adorned the 5 panels with Swarovski crystals each individually glued down with a small amount of crystal effects. You have to be VERY careful when doing that or glue gushes out the side. The ribbon is from the latest stitched satin share. I added the sentiment as an afterthought. I really needed something to pop and decided the beautiful sentiment would work well on here.
