The image was stamped, colored and paper pieced. I cut a strip of patterned paper from the Ambrosia line that was screaming BLING and attached Swarovski crystals to the center of each "dot". That's about $3 worth of BLING! LMAO! OUCH! Whoever gets this card better keep it... or at least pry of the crystals! LMAO!
BLING IT! :)
Stamps: MFT Rain or Shine
Ink: Memento black
Paper: Ambrosia Basic Grey, SU black, SU real red, PTI white
Accessories: Copic markers, Swarovski crystals, brad prong, Shimmerz angel wings, Janome sewing machine, glue dots, red line dimensional boosters, Tonic paper distresser, photo corner punch, large circle punch (to make umbrella)
It may be expensive, but that card is a knockout! I loev the paper piecing that you did. Man if I could look that good in a raincoat and rubber boots! Nice work!

I love all that paper piecing. I admire your patience to do all of it. The payoff is great, however, because the card is stunning.
ReplyDeleteFabulous card Jody!I love all the detail that you put into this card. I have not tried paper piecing yet but it looks like the payoff is well worth the efforts! Great job.
