This is the card I made for Jen's weekly SFYTT (sketch for you to try).
You can click here to check out the sketch and play along. For my card, I ended up having to flip the sketch on it's side and make it vertical instead of horizontal.
The kissing Cuppies were stamped in Memento brown and colored with Copic markers. I added Stickles to the girl Cuppie. The corner embellishment was made by cutting a square Nestabilities piece in half.
Jody Rules for this card:
- Always "dress" a button! Here, I threaded a piece of help twine through the holes and secured it with a single knot and glue dot. I know I already mentioned the button rule, but it's worth mentioning twice. LOL Don't leave your buttons naked! :)
Stamps: TE Love is Sweet
Ink: Memento brown
Paper: Gina K white, close to cocoa, Basic Grey Bittersweet
Accessories: Heidi Swapp ghost shape heart, Basic Grey button, hemp twine, copper brads, Stickles, Copic markers, Nestabilities, Janome sewing machine, May Arts polka dot ribbon, red line dimensionals
I love the heart and button. What a sweet card
