What a Hoot!

Here is another Hero Arts owl card. I got the idea for the "peeking owl" from my friend Karen. :) She did something similar and I thought it was adorable! Again, I added a flourish from a Sizzix die that I cut out with some white chipboard. The ribbon was loosely ruffled.
