First of all, let me confess that I WOULD never have any Christmas cards done ahead of time, if it wasn't for the fact that MFT is releasing a holiday set in October. In fact, I don't think I have made my own Christmas cards for many years now. However, I cannot endorse the act of procrastination any longer. The side effects are not fun. LOL So, do yourself a favor and start early(ish) this year. LOL
This card uses the soon-to-be-released stamp set, Winter in the City. I also used the Let it Snowflake Die-namics die with vellum, and stacked it with a Heidi Swapp ghost shape snowflake. I added a button and some black floss, tied around some fun, gauzy ribbon I found in my stash.
I covered the entire sidewalk with Diamond Glaze and then sprinkled Diamond Dust on the mounded snow and around the edges of the sidewalk. WTG was paper pieced, and popped up to show the depth of the lights in the foreground. I lightly colored in a light yellow color to show the effect of the lights glowing.
