The image was stamped on X-press It Blending Card Stock and colored with Copic markers. I used a piece of grosgrain ribbon and some Various Blending Solution to create the texture on his overalls. I added some Sakura clear glaze pen on the puddle, splashing water, and his buttons. I use the Notebook Edge Die-namics die on the edge of the patterned paper. Anytime I use lined or ledger-type patterned paper, it's hard to resist grabbing that die.
I distressed the edges of all the paper. That makes it more boy-ish, right? LOL Just mess it up a little and call it masculine. Sounds like a plan to me. :)
