I used the Die-namics Notebook Edge die to create a fun "ripped" layer. It almost turns in to an embellishment with all the dimension I can create by ripping, bending, and folding the die-cut. To keep it separated, I used small glue dots to hold it in place.
This fun crocheted flower came in a pack of Prima flowers I bought at Michael's recently. I added a wrinkled bow on top.
I used the # stamp from the stamp set, and punched it out with a 3/8" hole punch. I created the 1 with 3 mm Swarovski crystals. I stitched with my smallest stitch setting along the edge of the banner where it as attached to the pole. She was colored with Copic markers, and I created a denim texture on her capri pants using an actual piece of denim with some colorless blender solution squirted on it.
