I focused on the sentiment, and used some frilly, girly embellishments to accentuate it.
I die-cut a circle of patterned paper and cut the middle out to frame the sentiment. The flower is a cute little resin rose from Prima. I used some pink velvet ribbon and some Tim Holtz ribbon as well.
This Prima bling makes me happy. LOVE it. I may be a little obsessed with blingy swirls Please bear with me as I get it out of my system. ;)
