If you're just happening upon the hop, please start at the beginning at the MFT blog. You won't want to miss any creations along the way. You'll see a card made with each and every stamp set being released tonight. :)
My card tonight uses the brand spankin' new Four Point Frame Die-namics die and Own Your Story stamp set (packaged together for your stampy convenience), along with the new Fish Tail Banner that I am in looooooooooove with.
I stamped the notebook paper stamp in red on some pink card stock and then die-cut it with the Four Point Frame Die-namics die. The sentiment was stamped with Memento brown, and the ***** border was stamped with SU classic ink in Bermuda Bay. I added a fun Prima Donna Downey Sculpture flower embellishment.
I used the new Fish Tail Banner to spell out the word SWEET using the new Typewriter Alphabet stamp set. It coordinates SO well with the Own Your Story stamp set! I love that the banner includes 4 pieces that can be mixed and matched. I used 3 of the 4 pieces to create my banner pieces. The tiny circle is the perfect way to highlight the stamped letters and I adore the scalloped layering piece for the Fish Tail Banner. FUN! To get it sloped on my card *just right* I stood the card UP and then held the banner and smacked it up against the card stock. That made it fall "naturally". It is strung using twine.
This is the Four Point Frame Die-namics die.
The die is packaged WITH an AMAZING stamp set, Own Your Story. It is a HUGE 6" X 8" stamp set full of so many stamps, you'll be able to create so many cards with so many different looks. I am in LOVE!
This is the new Fishtail Banner Die-namics die.
Check out all the possibilities with this die. You can mix and match for a large variety of different looks, and each of them are just plain CUTE!
Ready for a bright and sun-shiny card? This adorable new stamp set in the Pure Innocence line, Crazy for Daisies, is sure to put a smile on ANYONE'S face!
Normally, I have a "rule" about mixing flower looks on one card, but I threw caution to the wind and used the stamp set, the Upsy Daisy Die-namics die, and just to show you that I am willing to break the rules every now and then, I used floral paper that has daisies on it (they were covered up in the making of the card, but they ARE there LOL).
She is colored with Copic markers and paper-pieced.
Do you SEE the detail in the new High Tea Doily Die-namics die?. O M G it is SO cool. Even holding it IN my hands, it looks REAL! I cut it with some patterned vellum and it is just SO cool.
This Upsy Daisy Die-namics die is the BEST invention EVER. The flowers are delicate and GORGEOUS. The embossed center is GORGEOUS. The embossed leaf is the perfect finishing touch. I couldn't believe how much I loved it once I had assembled it. It's pretty enough to frame! LOL
Is it wrong for me to say *swoon*? I really love this little cutie!
Here is a shot of the inside, including an adorable sentiment included in the set.
This die is a MUST HAVE!
This die is AMAZING. It looks SO cool when die-cut. I am in love...
Ready to hop along? Your next stop on the hop is my dear friend Joanne Basile, who will also be showing off the new Own Your Story stamp set. :)
