This month Christina chose CC Designs Sugarplums Pumpkin Emma for the image and Amy chose Krafty Dots by Recollections. I struggled... a LOT! LOL The combo just wasn't working for me. I think I might have enjoyed a hot stick in the eye more at one point during the process, but I whipped them into submission and came up with a card that I was happy with after some time in the stamp room!
I colored Emma with a mix of Copic and Prismacolor pencils. I was leery of pulling in too many colors, so I kept a muted palette of colors that would blend in with the patterned paper as well as possible. I added some Sakura clear gel pen to her eyes, and some Swarovski crystals to her shoe and the wheels of the wagon.
I drew in the grass with Prismacolor pencils.
Ready to see how the rest of the team fared with this month's challenge? Head on over to each of their blogs and check out what the creative chicas came up with.
Have a great day and I will see you soon!
