You Come to Love... - WSC 58
Pin It
It's time for MFT Wednesday Stamp Club and I am super excited that I have kept my streak going. That's 58 in a row! :) Hope you've joined in this year and are making it a goal to stamp all 52.
The sketch this week is perfect for sentiments, and I chose a sweet sentiment (that I absolutely love) from the stamp set, Clearly Sentimental about You. Goodness knows my husband has to chant this to himself. *wink* This one came together nice and easy. Just a couple layers and a simple, stamped sentiment. I used the heart die from Notched Tag Die-namics to create an embellishment that fit in the circle. Just a little touch of love to drive the point home. :)
I took a little bit of creative freedom with the sketch and rotated it, then tucked the fishtail behind the front panel, but that is AOK. Follow your creativity!
I used the larger of the two Fishtail Banners from First Place Award Ribbon Die-namics on my card.
I just love using the sweet icon dies in my cards from Notched Tags Die-namics.
Remember, you can get all the details by visiting the MFT Blog and the MFT forum on SCS (look for the most recent WSC thread). You'll need to upload your card in the SCS gallery using the keyword shown on the sketch. You will have the chance to win up to $20 in MFT money. One winner is chosen at random each week!
Go get sketchy with MFT!

ReplyDeletebeautifullly done, Jody. I love the fishtail behind the front panel...
ReplyDeleteOMG....lol....I started a card last night, flipped the sketch, stamped the same sentiment too....then realized I had to put a ribbon tab OVER the sentiment and wrecked the card....BUT I see you put the tab behind the sentiment ;) Guess I'll fix mine now! Although it is similar to yours with different papers!
ReplyDeleteThis is so pretty Jody. You layers and pattern paper always amaze me! Hugs!
