The sentiment, from Finishing Flourishes, was stamped on the banner from First Place Award Ribbon.
I stamped a flourish using Versamark, under each flower, but it's very hard to see in the picture.
When stamping sentiments on patterned paper, be sure to use a thick ink with good coverage. I chose Brilliance Graphite Black.
