The sentiment was stamped on the soon-to-be-released Vertical Greetings II Die-namics die. I added an eyelet to each edge and "anchored" the sentiment using Linen Thread from Stampin' Up. To add the decorative strip to the sentiment panel, I cut the shape from patterned paper and used my paper trimmer to slice off a decorative strip to adhere under the sentiment. I added a couple small Fishtail Flags under the sentiment panel and hand-stitched them on.
