Today I used the new Inspired by Travel to create a distressed masculine card.
I chose a masculine paper pad and paired it with Kraft Card Stock. The car image is stamped on some aged patterned paper. I created the star embellishment with Star STAX Die-namics and both Circle STAX Die-namics. I have a mini tutorial below to show you how it was created.
The sentiment was stamped on a Fishtail Flags STAX.
I brushed off my Tonic Paper Distresser and distressed the edges of all the patterned paper and card stock. Then, I stitched along all the edges and curled the paper with my fingers.
I tucked a little kraft envelope behind the focal image and one of the new Traditional Tag STAX Die-namics fit perfectly in it. I stamped another sentiment from the set and the image again. I used some patterned paper from the pack to create the hole reinforcer and used some twine from my stash.
Here is a peek inside:
Here are all the Die-namics I used on my card today:
I adhered the pieces together.
I used an old Stampin' Up brass template to pierce holes around the perimeter of the star layer and distressed all the edges.
