She is colored using Copic markers and Prismacolor pencils. I've been adding in black colored pencil to help draw out shadows when my Prismacolor pencil color is a little too light. It's a great way to deepen the color!
I added a bit of Sakura Clear Glaze pen to the "light spots" on the bulb. The sentiment was stamped on one of the Fishtail Banners. I added the Simply Scallops Medium border at the bottom of the card with newsprint patterned paper. The colors were a little bold, and I had used quite a few patterns so I left it alone and didn't add any embellishments.
