She is colored on X-Press It Blending Card and colored with Copic markers.
The ornament was paper-pieced with newsprint patterned paper and coated with Smooch Illuminate Pearlized Top Coat. The bow is also paper-pieced. I added some "light" with Copic Opaque White.
The sentiment was stamped on the tag-ended Sentiment Strip.
It's hard to tell in the photo, but I added some Smooch in Snickerdoodle to her "earrings" (sometimes I see them as ears and sometimes I see them as earrings).
