Hi all and thanks for stopping by today. I cannot tell you how excited I am to be stamping again! I have been extremely busy and went MIA on my blog, so perhaps an explanation is in order.
As most of you probably know, I work for My Favorite Things. At the end of July, my family and I packed up our lives and moved across the country to Florida so I could be closer to MFT Land. I now reside about 2 miles from the My Favorite Things Boutique and 2 houses from Kim, the owner of MFT. As with any huge move, getting settled has been a challenge and stamping took a back seat to work and getting my family established at their new jobs and schools. We are all very happy to be here and have enjoyed the perks of living near a vacation destination. I have started teaching classes at the MFT Boutique and have enjoyed meeting new people and exploring our new area. Things are starting to settle down for me and I am back at my stamp desk getting crafty, so I am excited to have something to share with you all. Sorry for my absence and thanks for sticking around while I got my life in order.
Now, on to my crafty creations for today. I couldn't resist jumping back in for Wednesday Stamp Club and today's sketch was a fun one!
I couldn't stop at just a card and decided to make a little matching set with Lollipop Treat Die-namics and Stamp Set.
For my card, I used a sentiment from Spider Web Sentiments. The dashes under the sentiment are from Lollipop Treat Stamp Set. I used the Primitive Pumpkins Stamp Set and Primitive Pumpkins Trio Die-namics for the focal point. They are perched on the Picket Fence, which has adorable "nail holes" in it. LOVE that! I accented one of the pumpkins with a Kraft Button and threaded it with Hemp Cord.
The background was stamped with Distressed Diamonds. I cut a Fishtail Flag and stamped it with the polka dot stamp from Lollipop Treat Stamp Set.
I tucked the Postage Stamp Border in under the Tangy Orange panel going down the card.
Here is a peek inside.
I couldn't wait to play with the new Lollipop Treat Die-namics and Stamp Set. It is so quick and easy to come up with adorable gifts for friends, family, or even trick-or-treating neighbors!
The topper was created with the 1/4" Rosette and one of the included "buttons" in the Lollipop Treat Die-namics.
Here is a side view. It accommodates a full-sized lollipop.
Here is a back view. The container is held together with string of your choice through the button holes. The lollipop stick goes between the two holes, in the string.

Hi all! Today is day 3 of MFT Teaser Time and I have a sweet and simple card to share using Clearly Sentimental about Coffee. Confession: I am not a coffee drinker. In fact, I have never had a cup of coffee. Mind boggling, isn't it? LOL
The sentiment was stamped on patterned paper and I added lots of stitching on the card. I added a single Whip Cream Button, threaded with Hemp Cord. Peeking out below, I added a Jumbo Fishtail Banner cut from patterned paper.
The patterned paper is a from a new line, Farmhouse Paper Company (love).

Hi all and thanks so much for stopping by today. It's time for MFT Wednesday Stamp Club Sketch #88. If you'd like to see what the rest of the participating designers came up with click on over to the MFT Blog.
I got scrappy today and used an old favorite of mine, First Class Friend. The sketch worked perfectly for Jumbo Banner Day Die-namics, so I put that to use with my Circle STAX and came up with this colorful creation. I flipped the sketch on it's side.
All the elements were stamped with amuse studio ink. I used several different colors that coordinated with the patterned paper I was using. (Authentique) I stitched around the circle, one stitch at a time. The cancelled postmark takes the place of the flower in the sketch.
I couldn't resist adding a couple Kraft Buttons to the top. It needed a little something so I stitched them on and love what they add to the card.
