Rainbows Follow Bad Weather

Hi all and thank you for stopping by today.  

I made this card using some bright and sunny supplies from MFT to celebrate SUMMER!  :)

The card base is Smooth White.  I cut a large circle out using Circle STAX Set 1 and backed it with acetate.  I built a scene using the Rainbow Die-namics (and 7 colors of MFT Card Stock), Flat-Bottom Clouds, and Sunshine Die-namics.

The sentiment, from Cheerful Blessings, was stamped on a Fishtail Flag in Black Licorice.  I lightly stamped Sno Cone Darling Dots along the bottom and top of the card, but the ink was stamped off to make it VERY light.

I adhered Sno Cone Card Stock to the inside of the card so it would be blue skies behind the acetate panel.
