Bold Merry Christmas

Hello there and thank you for stopping by today. I am back for day 4 of MFT Teaser Time. Be sure to head over to the MFT Blog for full set and die reveals for the day.

 I made this bold and bright creation using Laina Lamb's new Holiday Subway Art stamp set. I love all the different words in different fonts that can be mixed and matched!

The background was stamped with Wild Cherry ink and I used the new Large Scale Backgrounds stamp set.  Then I layered a Pierced Circle over that, a Speech Bubble over that, and finally a strip of card stock highlighting the word "Christmas.  The speech bubble was painted with Chalkboard Paint, then I stamped in Sweet Tooth Ink and embossed with white embossing powder.


I flared the card stock strip I added so that it "bowed" to add more dimension.

    Great card. The chalkboard paint really makes the white embossing pop off the paper.

    Just got this pinned...I've never seen a better example of subway style card! My very favorite so far and I love way you bowed the sentiment strip on top!
