I've had a blast with Lisa Johnson's Grand Peaceful Wildflowers, and today I've paired it with a another new fave of mine, Typewriter Text Background. I may use it on every card I make from now until next Christmas...
I masked off a rectangle using masking paper/tape. I created it by cutting a rectangle the size of a card then cutting a rectangle out of the center using Pierced Rectangle STAX. I applied the mask to the Smooth White Card Stock, then stamped the background. Next, I inked up the flowers carefully in two different colors, huffed, and stamped.
I machine stitched around the perimeter and added a Sour Apple strip along the bottom. I placed a small tag with greetings on the strip and anchored it with a black brad.
These products and many more will be available for purchase on December 10 at 10 PM EST. Be sure to check out the MFT Blog to see what the rest of the team has come up with today.
