subtle celebration

Hello there and thank you for stopping by today. I am back for another day of the MFT November Release Countdown. Be sure to head over to the MFT Blog for full set and die reveals for the day.

 My card today features a subtle way to celebrate - muted colors and "calm" features. Kinda makes me want to chant "ohmmmmmmmmmm". I used Mona Pendleton's new Damask Designs stamp set along with this month's Free with $60, Celebrate Big.

I stamped the greeting on a Fishtail Flag and tag in Natural ink. All the pieces were layered over the Polka Dot Cover-Up, which has Insulation Pink Card Stock peeking from behind.


The large damask was stamped in Insulation Pink on the coordinating die-cut.  I added a Hemp Cord bow that was glued in place.

    Wow, that die-namic dot background looks great with the damask. I never would have thought to combine those two. Thanks for the inspiration. Lovely card.
