Hearts Hearts Hearts

Hello there and thank you for stopping by today. I am back for another day of the MFT January Release Countdown and in TWO short days all the newest stamp sets and Die-namics dies will be available for sale. Be sure to head over to the MFT Blog for full set and die reveals for the day.

 My cards today both use hearts. First up is this sweet card created with the new Staggered Heart Border die, but I used only the separate hearts. I broke apart the dies and then used the three largest hearts to create "peek-a-boo" holes to show the rainbow of card stock below. I played with many color combos and considered an "ombre" look, but the rainbow of colors won out!

The sentiments were stamped on a small sentiment strip from Blueprints 10. The top layer is popped up for a little dimension.


Up next is this card using the new Heart Balloons stamp set and Die-namics. The background was stamped with the Typewriter Text Background in Versamark. The sentiment was stamped along the side of the card, which I did by cutting apart the stamp.


I love this wavy balloon string.
