Cheer Up!

Hi all!  I made this card for fun one afternoon about a month ago and just realized I never shared it.  :) 

I painted a piece of Grout Gray Card Stock with a little bit of gesso and then made a custom blend of embossing paste/modeling paste/shimmery powder/Hybrid Ink Refill and used it with the Raindrops Stencil.

The sentiment is from the Blue Skies Ahead stamp set.  I stamped it on a Fishtail Flag and adhered it to a Cloud STAX.  Some Hemp Cord added the finishing touch.
