Hi all and thanks for stopping by today. Have you filled your shopping cart with MFT goodness? The Brand Spankin' New Release is available NOW, right HERE. :)
I have a couple cards to share with you today using the Peace, Love, Joy Die-namics. On these two cards I used the positive, and then the negative die cuts, showing 2 uses for one spectacular die!
First let me say... have you checked out the new Holiday Cards & More from Papercrafts? There is inspiration overload in it! The idea for BOTH of my cards came from cards in the magazine. You really should check it out - it jump-started my holiday crafting in a BIG way. :)
Up first is this watercolored card. I free-handed a pool of Premium Dye Ink mixed with water in three colors, splattered some of the same mixture, and then layered the die cuts over it. Easy peasy, but I love the look. Fun!
Up next is this card that uses the negative space from the die cuts. I carefully placed the centers of the letters back in using the die cuts as a guide. This one is also very easy, but I love the effect! These are both great cards for mass production!
Thanks for stopping by. Please head over to the MFT Blog for a full list of participating designers. You'll find plenty of inspiration. :)
