Blow it Out

Hello there and thank you for stopping by today. Today is the second day of the MFT Twice the Wishes Card Kit Countdown. Tonight, the new kit releases (yay)! Be sure to head over to the MFT Blog for the full kit reveal and more inspiration.

My card today uses the kit contents along with a few other things to make an interactive birthday cake. It is SO fun to put together and makes quick and easy cards! I have a "stamped off" Happy Birthday Background pattern on the card in Cotton Candy, but the picture didn't capture it very well. The cake pops up to reveal the birthday greeting, which I LOVE. :) The sentiment is embossed in white. I used a black felt tip pen to color the wicks on the candles.
