Southwest Scene Cross-Stitch

Hello there and thank you for stopping by today. Today is the last day of the MFT Release Countdown. Only 24 hours until the new release (yay)! Be sure to head over to the MFT Blog for full set and die reveals for the day. This release is packed full of GREAT new products.

My card today features the Cross-Stitch Rectangle Die-namics. Here are a few fun facts about this die: 

• It was designed to work perfectly with the Single Stitch Line Rectangle Frames Die-namics
• It offers a bigger area to stitch on, which means you can create more elaborate scenes.
• We have LOTS of designer-provided patterns for this die already — you'll have lots of resources to get started! 

I created the pattern for this design. Being from the southwest, I am drawn to cacti and desert scenes (even though I am loving the Florida life  LOL). This scene took several hours to stitch and when it came time to putting the card together I couldn't bear to cover up any of my handiwork, so I simply framed it and added it to a card base.
